We are sure that the designer did not thought that this cocktail dress will be used as a swimming suit when he or she designed the outfit... BUT we think the dress looks better wet then dry so here we go... in the pool again.

Sure,
You have to connect a tape camcorder to a capturing device so that way you can get your video in a PC or Mac (we use Mac). Use a camera (or playing device) that has a firewire port (I had to use three convertors to make USB C from Firewire. BUT It worked in the end.
The rest is simple. Use Premiere Pro (that is what we used), but I am sure there are cheaper software out there. That is all in a nutshell.
