In general in the water shoes are not destroyed, the girls are able to use the shoes after the session.
In mud session and in the slime sessions, it depends. It's like a 50 / 50 chance to ruin the shoes.

Sadly the editor at that time took that part out, without asking anybody and when we realised his mistake it was too late to fix it.
