The problem has been solved. 720p videos can now be downloaded on any OS.

Hi guys,
can you please (if you have a valid download store card) test the 720p download? We have a customer that reported that the downloads don't work for him. Is there anybody who can test the download? Only 720p is the issue, 4K and 1080p are ok.
