Dear baloghlaci, please keep the communication in English, as we would like to be understood by everyone. Someone may have the same issue, and he can also be helped. So, you mentioned that there is no sound or picture in the video downloaded. I just checked the 4K video, and it has both image and sound. If you are referring to the 720p video indeed I get an error message when I try to download but most probably nowadays almost everyone downloads the highest quality and this is why no one reported the issue. I have contacted tech support and I will let you know when the issue will be fixed.
