I am sorry if you had issues with the payments. We do not take your money directly. Verotel takes your money, retains the fees, and then wires the rest to us. It has always been like that. As for the rest of the way the purchases are handled... We do them the best we can... It is been like this for years and probably it will remain the same in the future.
